I always struggle with starting a post. I don’t want to sound too formal… “Welcome to another post, let’s make a smoothie bowl.” I don’t want to start abruptly nor do I want to just post the recipe. I want to speak a little, like about why I made what I made. I’m not sure if there are any rules on how you start a post, but then this blog is my space of creativity, so I think outside rules don’t really matter.
Ok so after that completely random and weird rant let us move on.. Why are you here? Well, for this gorgeous looking smoothie bowl of course. So, I may be late on the “smoothie bowl” bandwagon but hey I am finally here, and I have been discovering some great recipes and some even amazing inspiration on Instagram. You guys must check out @rachelrenlorton and her beautiful Smoothie Bowl Art. I am in Love with her work!
Now if you are Indian, I bet you love mangoes. Well most Indians do, I guess or at least I think so. The Mango is the STAR of this recipe. Trust me, you don’t need to add any sugar or sweetener if you get your hands on some good mangoes. This recipe uses the Indian Badami Mango and may I add it was “SUHWEEEETT”!!
